We are using sounds samples from 1950’s B Movies, combining them with audio from interviews from our local allotment and text from the novel - creating music and weird and wonderful sound worlds. We are even buying a Theramin - an instrument played with sound waves and some waving of the hands!
Our Work in Progress sharing is on June 14th 2019 8pm University of Winchester Paul Chamberlain Building
Skirting the Shadows Project in collaboration with Wessex Sound and Film Archive
We have been commissioned to create music to accompany 3 never before seen films from WW2 Spitfire Components Factories - from the Elliots Factory in Newbury.
Autumn 2019 we will be touring to venues screening these films and tracking down the families of the people in the films.
This project will then tour to museums / schools and colleges with WFSA pop up cinema and our recorded music on DVD in association with the Music Production Course at The University of Winchester.
